Miranda and Jason Klahn are a husband-and-wife team passionate about helping businesses and their people succeed. With more than 20 years of combined experience leading and transforming organizations, they bring real-world insight and a people-first approach to everything they do.
Miranda is the people and process mind — passionate about spotting roadblocks, developing clear systems, and helping leaders grow with confidence and empathy. Her background spans recruiting, retention, and employee experience, and she’s known for making complex HR challenges simple and actionable.
Outside of consulting, Miranda finds joy in woodworking and creative building projects, where her love for structure and design comes to life — much like the way she helps businesses shape stronger foundations.
Jason is the big-picture strategist — a natural visionary focused on leadership development, structure, and long-term organizational health. He has a knack for aligning people and processes so teams can thrive and grow together.
Beyond the business world, Jason channels his creativity into music and art, where his sense of rhythm and flow mirrors the harmony he brings to company culture and leadership teams.
Together, they balance structure and creativity, business and heart. Their shared passion is helping organizations create spaces where people can thrive — and that extends beyond work.
At home, they run a small rescue animal farm, caring for animals who needed a safe place to land. That same care and compassion drive the work they do with every client: helping people feel supported, valued, and understood.
